Open the profile icon in the game. Choose email, Apple or Google. Email sign-in uses a one-time code; check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Enter the code only in the game.

Delete your account

- Open your profile in the game.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
- Sign in again if requested. For Apple accounts, confirm the same Apple identity.

This permanently removes your active game progress and inventory. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. Never send your password or sign-in code. See our privacy notice for the data involved.
